Due to historical reasons, lubrication has not been given enough attention in our country, which is not a new issue. In order to do lubrication well, an important aspect is to establish a lubrication management system. This is a systematic project that covers the entire life cycle of oil application, from oil selection, purchase, refueling, to oil management. Therefore, it is recommended to select several pilot units for establishing lubrication management systems and summarize the standards for lubrication management systems in Chinese enterprises. For the vast majority of enterprises, establishing lubrication standards may be a new thing, but now, DuPont Boeing and General Motors are actually doing this. From optimizing the selection of lubricants throughout the company, to the process of adding lubricating grease to a motor, a complete set of quality standards and management models that can be followed are required.
